Generate OTIO Danmaku Files
DanmakuStorm is a desktop application tool for generating OpenTimelineIO (OTIO) format danmaku files for video editing. It supports three-level danmaku configuration (Level 1 appears once, Level 2 appears 7 times, Level 3 distributes remaining count evenly), allows customization of danmaku count, duration, colorful ratio, frame rate and other parameters, with optional outside stroke (black border) effect.
